All meals are MAP Packaged (packaged in a modified atmosphere) and have a shelf life of 7 days from receipt of delivery when refrigerated.

If the trays that your meals have arrived in have burst, please contact us via email and we will do our very best to rectify any situation. If you think the weld seal of the tray has been compromised, the meals will perfectly safe to eat and can be stored and consumed within 2 days from delivery date (e.g. meal arrives Monday this would be fresh until Wednesday).

All meals are designed to be heated in the microwave. Specific instructions are included on the labelling of the individual meals.

Meals must be refrigerated immediately between 1-5°C upon receipt of delivery

We cannot cater for specific allergies as we batch cook our food. Please see ingredients prior to ordering, they are listed on each meal.

We Deliver Tuesday to Friday, estimated time slots between 9am & 6pm.

If your order is placed before our daily cut off time (12pm) you will get your delivery the next working day. For example: If you place your order on Wednesday @ 11am your delivery will be with you on Thursday. Or If you place your order on Wednesday @ 2pm your delivery will be with you on Friday. Weekend Orders! If You place your order between Thursday after 12pm and Monday before 12pm it will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

We deliver all across Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland via DPD.

Yes, all film is A-Pet and trays are C-PET plastic and can be recycled at all local kerbside recycling bins.
