Microwave:
Remove sleeve and film. Place in a microwave and heat on full power (800W) for 2-3 minutes, remove tray from microwave (careful the tray will be hot), unwrap the paper packaging and ensure food is piping hot – be careful of escaping steam. Allow to stand for 1 minute Before you tuck in. For other microwave wattages, adjust times according to your manufacturer's handbook.
Air fryer:
Remove sleeve and film, place the tray into the backet of the air fryer and heat at 180 degrees for 14 minutes, once finished allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove the tray from the air fryer basket- careful, the tray will be hot. Before you tuck in unwrap the paper packaging and ensure food is piping hot – be careful of escaping steam.
